It is in a very cool neighborhood, but my drink was just okay and they didn't get my food order right (I had asked for no egg or cheese, and it had both). There is a decent amount of table space, though. The parking situation was very difficult.

A cute corner coffee shop. They have good food options and good tea as well. A good place for hanging out if your looking for a 'third place.' the servers were also very nice.

Great dirty chai, but damn it is always warm as hell inside. Please put my dollars towards some AC so I can actually stand to do work here for longer than an hour!
